Could be a problem ?? Be sure the cold advance and the injector control leads are going to the right spots. The one with the ribs on the Packard is the cold advance... Go to the rear on the pump. Easy to swap or flip, CAMO

And when it does not drain out and collects to the front... Rusts out your injector pump advance piston lever and who wants that? Seen time and time again right here on channel SS, CAMO
