    WW2 jeeps were only expected to last 60 days in combat, therefore they used less steel in their engine blocks and heads I believe. Makes me wonder if there's a chart somewhere 🤔 EDITED to add more context to the jeep's life expectancy.

    So it sounds like you actually have to add 20% to the speedometer reading to get your actual speed. I think that's a pretty big bump-up in speed.

    What motor is in the truck? Is it some kind of gasser or the multifuel diesel? I'm wondering if the truck had another engine put in it along with the radiator. I know some older gasser deuces have been repowered with 350 Chevy V8s.
