    . You can definitely clear a stuck shoe with a 3lb Hammer against the shoe - the metal part of the shoe. Whatever you do, don't try to pry the shoe away from the drum. You will end up with a cracked shoe. You might even use a 1 inch piece of metal to drive the shoe loose from the drum. Just...
