There is one other possability. When you have the isolatators out, see if they have a part number on them. Check that against the -24P. If someone put MEP-803 isolatators in the set, that could be the problem. The 802A has a much stiffer isolatater.
The way we approached this when a set had this problem, or under pressure was to drain the oil, and fill the crank case up with ATF. Run it 15-30 min, and drain the ATF out and change the filter. 99% or the time this helped fix the problem, and gave the engine a real good cleaning out.
If its the valve, and you can get the set running, we would fill the engine up with ATF and run it a while. That always corrected the problem, when we had low oil press due to the valve. But first you need to get it to run. The picture shows a set that doesn't look like its been run through the...
