    In the drawing it resembles the M345 10 ton deck trailer. It's a pintle tow trailer with 11.00X20 dual tandems. Try this; http://www.m201.de/armytrucks/trailer/m345/index.html It's not a tilt so ramps would be needed. Looks heavy!
