    That's why most places require you to make an APPOINTMENT for preview/loadout. I agree, if you can't do it in a set amount of time, forfeit a fee or come back tomorrow. One other thing that chafes me about GL, you have 14 days to pickup, but they only allow removal on say 2 days a week. so...
