There is a management problem at GL. Seriously, if I hadn't hounded the poor live chat girls every day for the last 3 weeks, who knows how long it would have taken. Being new is no excuse. At this rate, he will NEVER catch up.

Since everyone here who is having issues has the same EUC specialist: I think we know where the problem lies. I seriously have to wonder what this guy is doing. Robyn, I don't know what your position is at GL, but maybe you can talk to someone about getting this guy some serious help...
Just talked to Meredith again via live chat. She walked over to Aaron's desk and got the lowdown. Everything is set on their end, will be on the way to Battle Creek tomorrow morning!!! YAY!
Robyn: Give Meredith a pat on the back for me. She has been the most helpful CSR out of the 3 or 4...
I think she would have done the same for me, if he had been in the office. I trust that she will take care of it for me tomorrow. She has been very helpful thus far.
Time for another update.... It has now been revealed that Aaron is a new guy and working very slowly. They also have now given him up to One Month to process EUC's from ONE sale.......

Per Meredith, Aaron is back in the office today and will have my EUC processed and contact me about any revisions (if necessary) by Monday at the latest.
Nah, I'm not mad. I just want to make sure that my stuff is getting taken care of! I haven't given names to you because I like that the reps are giving out info, maybe more than they are supposed to. I'd hate to see someone get in trouble over it.

RR: I'm checking on my EUC status from event 3577. It ended August 28th, its now been 8 business days and my account still shows pending EUC submission. I was told it would be for sure updated by yesterday!

it's a little ridiculous. You have guys in the event that ended one week before this one who are already picking up their trucks. Our EUC's haven't even been confirmed yet.
