    wrong kind of tank dipping, the dipping we are talking about is when the feds pull you over and take a sample if diesel to see if you are running "non taxed fuel" AKA offroad diesel. however i used to get my car siphoned back in highschool, had to put a locking gas cap on it

    i was just saying that if they find ANY color other than regular diesel blue, your up the creek. (at least thats what i was told) because you arnt paying tax on any of the WMO or WVO or other fuels you are geting anywhere but the pump. Mike
