    I often find that anytime you find yourself confronted by any law officer, it's just best to be very polite, courteous, and save any orating for the courtroom. No details, no confessions and nothing other than general cooperation on the side of the road.......

    Here in VA they do check tanks, but typically it is only commercial vehicles that they bother with. That isn't to say they couldn't or don't check any tank they suspect has something other than regular taxed diesel. Farm vehicles commercial haulers, large equipment that moves on the highway are...
