Lot more than I figured, better go see IF I can find that article and see what it really said...But it looks like paying 1,800.00 for mine was a steal. All it needed was batteries and filter changes to run like a top. No wonder I like those trucks....

There was an article in the "Military Vehicle Magazine" a year or so ago, that covered it if I remember. It talked about the whole rebuilt of them in Okinawa during the Viet war. Man what an operation. Lots and lots of parts to choose from there. But at govt. contract, betting it wasn't much...
