Hence the name zero-rate. They add "zero" to the rate of the spring, they're just there for an extra inch of lift and/or offset capabilities. Now as for the add-a-leaves not bolting to the spring pack....I'm not going to blantely say that you're wrong, but how would the center pin still...

Yeah, pretty much exactly where the stabilizer used to be. It's tight in there, but it works and there's no contact between the ram and inner C at full left turn. It's a darkk and crappy picture, I'll try to get some better ones. The Cummins :: IMG_0708.jpg picture by Croatan_Kid - Photobucket

I was just going to mention that, but yes, Kurt will mill you some angled "E-Z Inch's". DIY calls them e-z inch, ORD says zero-rate. They're the same thing.

Nah, zero rates are just like an add-a-leaf. They bolt to the spring pack. I'm also gunna assume nothing was done to the crossmember with the addition of crossover. You generally don't have to do anything because the draglink is bent to clear everything. At least I didn't have to do anything.

Mine's really not bad at all. It's a little slow, but I'm using a 2x8" ram so I wasn't expecting miracles. I spent less than 150 bucks on my complete setup and it works just like the more expensive kits that you can buy. I haven't noticed a single problem with my brakes either. I drilled and...

Any plans to be hydro assist? I can't imagine that the steering works very well when you stuff those big ol tires up in the fenders, even with crossover.

Not sure on the difference in ride height or if there even is one. I've always been amazed at how a seemingly insignificant 4" lift can set these trucks so far up in the air because of the stock, negative arch front springs. I'm sure the front axle has been moved forward some and along with...

It seems to depend on the truck on the front driveshaft issue. AJMblazer said his front driveshaft wouldn't reach with just moving the axle forward on the stock springs, yet mine has been on the stock setup, then with the addition of 5" of front lift PLUS moving the axle forward 1.5", then a...

You don't think that truck only has 5" of lift? I certainly do. I run 11.00R-16 s on my truck with 5" of lift on the front and 3" on the rear. They're on a 16x8 with 4.5" backspacing and measure out to 39" @ 40PSI. The best thing I ever did to make them fit was putting a zero rate up front and...

Nah, he was talking about the 11.00R-16 XL or XZLs like me and AJM have on our trucks. Here's a picture or two. http://s158.photobucket.com/albums/t115/Croatan_Kid/Updated%20Truck%20Pics/?action=view&current=IMG_0512.jpg
