    According to David Doyle's article your s/n says it's a '68-'69 but your registration number is says '72+. Kaiser and AM General s/n will both be on the front drivers side frame rail but some of the earlier trucks had the number on the pass. side. try posting your info here and see what...

    That number doesn't seem right to me. The number starting with "NK" is your registration number but I've never seen one with that many letters in it. The VIN should be something like 0*25-***** if it's a M35A2 WO/W. Check the drivers side frame rail for the VIN.
