    Hi Carnac, I got my M54A2 w/winch home yesterday... Made by Kaiser in 1968. It was acquired from GSA and was a US Forest Service loan to Tennessee Division of Forestry. It looks like a TEAD rebuild on the motor in 1988, so the transfer to forestry was probably in the 1990's...No NSN that I can...
