    Well I finished up the restoration.

    Those are rear facing turn signals. They're required in the European theatre and are available in kit form. Lots of guard trucks were also fitted with the lights. In the pre-resto pics you can also see the side marker upgrade as well. He did well in removing that stuff to resemble the Viet Nam...
