    all kinds of thiings could be wrong, but rusted out lines pops to mind properly funtioning brakes "work" even without air (just not very well) I could clearly hear the aircompressor over the engine on my gasser, especially If I was behind the cab.

    TM 9-8022 is what I would suggest for the gasser specific stuff, unfortunately I haven't seen an electronic version of the TM9-8022. But, the brakes are going to be the same as almost all other deuces and this page will be your friend...
