Without laws, you must have a compound to keep out the scavengers. You also need protection. Best bet would be a mix of hunter-gatherer and farmer, this all requires team work. -

You would need a much more accurate governor. The hand throttle is just that, a throttle. The engine should be fine at 1800 RPM with a 4 pole generator but it would be a waste for any load under 50 kW and that is a rather large generator. And that load is probably too much for the PTO, at...
