Gosh joestewart, wonder why he got a winch truck like that and then just let it rot? We see alot of that around here...owners either say "I gonna fix it one day, or it has sentimental value, or sure I'll sell it!! It's worth a million dollars for scrap"!:roll: -

I would say M211 (appears to have dual wheels on the rear axles. Those old trucks are VERY well built and I bet that one can still be saved. Wonder if the flood water got to it? It's a crying shame to see MVs just go to waste like that. Chances are if you find the owner his answer will be...
