    Tried the export dept. a couple more times, no luck, got on live chat. I was told that she had no way to check on the export form aua so she had me e-mail OR fax it directly to her. I did both. She confirmed that she received it (and I printed the chat session) and was forwarding it to the EUC...

    I'm not so lucky. E-mailed in my export form last night, and faxed it this morning. Waited for a change of status, none, so I tried calling the "direct line" to the guy who handles the export letter, no answer after several tries. I'll try again in a little while, then get back on GL chat...

    I'm also having problems with 4600. Won a Deuce, submitted EUC same night (e-mail). Nothing changed, today I used live chat "Heidi" and she had no way to check on the EUC. I e-mailed it (again) directly to her, got a verification e-mail saying that it was passed along. My fingers are crossed... Jim
