well i did not intend to mislead anyone. sorry i did not wreck my pickup and trailer. maybe if i run out of things to do we can hook it up and run it down the road and try to wreck the bugger. just kidding. probly could have used a different thread title. -

you are rite about the weight. with the dolly under it its 10,000 pounds with no toung weight. no big deal as i was just using it because im lazy and the F250 was the closest. i would have no worries towing it down the road if the brakes were compatible between the 2 units. -

Naaa . even i am not that crazy! there are a lot of things i will do that make folks shake their heads. but dragging something like this down the road at high speed is to risky for me. i needed to move it and the F250 happened to be the closest pintle hitch. sorry about the heart... -

this is what NOT to do. Works fine for towing around the place here but even i would not try it on the road. pulling it would be no problem. stopping it ............................? I need to use 4 wheel drive to get it thru the sand. 0 pounds tounge weight.
