    I love it when Beuracrats blink like that. I had the same issue with getting the Non-Commercial Class A. They kept saying "you HAVE to be a firefighter or farmer". "No" I'd say, "that USUALLY who gets those license. Anyone can get them." I eventually sent a letter to the State AG's office...
