    It was a modification done on all Marine trucks. I don't think it's any special U-bolt. I think it's just a bent bolt or piece of threaded rod. Just cut two holes centered in the front edge of your hood, and bend some threaded rod to fit, with nuts and washers threaded on it on both the inside...
