    No, if it is stuck, it is damaged. Mine actually galled to the IP head. You do not have to replace the whole pump. Just the head. I had to replace my entire pump because, I beat the bottom of the plunger off trying to start it and ran shrapnel throughout my entire pump.

    My truck did the same thing last month. I was running 70% wmo and 30% diesel. The temperature was around 35 degrees. The plunger in my IP head seized. I believe it was due to the viscosity of my fuel being to thick. I don't think it was thin enough to lubricate the plunger. Started right...
