    CUCV's banned in WI

    I know this is an old thread, but I figured I would update based on my experience with my M1009. Licensing and Titling it was a non issue. I got all my docs from gov liquidation, made copies and sent to WI DMV. It took awhile, but I have a normal title with passenger car plates. YMMV, but it...
