    No buzzer sound when starting truck

    The way I do it is to lean across my spare tire, and open the valve for the inside tank. That is the wet tank, and should have most of the water. Keep it open until the water stops spraying, then shut it. Next I open the outer tank. That is the dry tank, and it should not have much if any...
