    I can't say on this one. I have had extended glow times and constant cycle high freq on off cycles. I always caught them before glow plug damage occured. I guess that is why most CUCVs have a couple of things hanging under the dash a starter relay (a whole other topic) and the glow plug card...

    The volt meter is a good reference. If they don't cycle more than 2 or 3 times after the engine is running all should be good.

    Sounds normal to me. Glow plug cycle after the engine is running is an effort to reduce exhaust emissions from a cold engine.
