    HMMWV Runflats

    I have started my search for 16.5 rims. Have found a set of steel wheels that look like a good fit. I also found a set of aluminum 16.5 rims as well at a very good price. Here is the question, would aluminum rims be strong enough? I think the weight savings would be good and saving a few $$$...

    I have been thinking along the same lines. I have been watching CL for some good 16.5 steel wheels myself. Not sure if this has been posted but what is the best width to use when running the HMMWV radials?
