    My vent tube on the cap to my brake fluid resevoir has been cut and crimped. I'm assuming this is bad? I don't know why it was cut and crimped. 1) Should I leave it alone? 2) If not, can I cut the crimped end off and secure a hose from the fitting on the cap and run the hose down below the...
