    OK thought about this last night after reading this post and the only thing that makes since to me.( just being the problem is only there after it warms ) I think I would lean to wheel bearing or hub maybe a liitle on the tight side when you installed them NOT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT YOU DOING...
