    It also may have been used at a High School on base to train dependent kids, I can't think of an easier to drive MV than a M1009...

    When I went to Ft. Hood a couple of weeks ago to pick up m101a2 I saw a HMMWV with metal "STUDENT DRIVER" signs hanging on it front and rear driving down Tank Destroyer Blvd with two soldiers in the front and a lawn mower in the back. My camera was not at the low ready so I did not get a pickie
