    Need some help re: City Ordinances

    As I have stated in the past, most city ordinances are not CODIFIED LAW. They do not state what penalty will be incurred by the person enforceing it if they are proven wrong in court. As an example, the ordinance states..."notice on my truck saying that the vehicle was going to be inpounded...
