    For SC and NC, it is $100 each a year for a permit. GA is $150, and VA is $50 I believe. Single trip permits in NC and SC were like $20-30. Make 5 trips a year and you've paid for the yearly permit. Haven't checked on any other states, but that's about the circle of range I could make...
