An M818 can pull a civilian trailer, and the air brakes will work on the trailer just fine. There isn't a air parking brake valve in the cab, or tractor protection valve though.

M270, but it didn't come with ramps. Easy to build some though. Or buy a set from a M172 (HEAVY)

Both. There aren't any drop trailers that are of a military design. they do own some, but they are purchased 'off the lot' as it were. So, that leaves plenty of trailers, but they are ramped and/or overwidth.
