    O'Reilly - BWD R3066 Autozone - Duralast 19952 It is a blower motor cutout relay for the same model year trucks. I just replaced one yesterday on a M1009, cost about $10. It does have an extra pin, but this is not a problem. Faster to fix/change then the Doghead mod, but not as a reliable relay...
