    Just curious... what's the reason for this? Is it because the old ones are likely to have been over-torqued and therefore stretched out and likely to break? If that's the reason, shouldn't they be OK to reuse as long as they were torqued to spec?

    I'm surprised nobody's said this yet, but... The -20 TM has a really good troubleshooting section on this. IIRC, it's under Electrical Troubleshooting. I followed it and fixed my starting problem. That said, one other thing I would check (off the top of my head) is the +24V 1-gage cable...
