    That's interesting. I wonder which wears brake parts more (or builds up more heat for that matter), more pressure for a shorter period or less pressure for a longer period? I'm going to have to look into the physics of it now.

    I'm getting ready to replace my first wheel cylinder tomorrow. I feel like an idiot for having to ask, but: What do you look for when you pull them apart? Did you have to replace the brake shoe too?
