Thanks guy, from looking at my fuse box does it look like im missing anyting specifically label v/mtr? It looks like someithing pluged into that space.

I found this wire hanging in front of my fuse box im having a hard time tracing the source does anyone know what this is to and where it plugs into. There seem to be some possible places for it on the fuse box. Any ideas? Thank you -Ben Vehicle is A m1010
