    I had the exact same thing on one of my M1009s. The modulator and everything was fine but the vacuum line was completely gone. Very nice improvement for a couple dollars worth of vacuum line!

    For the tachometer, search this forum for "Tiny Tach" (or google it). There's a company that makes an add-on tachometer that uses a sensor on an injector line to get a fairly accurate tachometer read out. I think they go for around $100 new. Seems pretty reasonable.
