    why was air leaking from around the test cap?.....could it be that the radiator fill neck is dirty or deformed and the radiator cap isnt sealing on it?...if so neck might need replacing at radiator shop fix all the leaking clamps - inspect/clean the filler neck and try the press test again -...

    if its puking coolant - must be getting pressure in the cooling system from either a bad head gasket - or maybe some cavitation holes in one of the cylinders -----since you just got the truck you have no idea if cooling system was properly treated to prevent cavitation damage. got to a shop...
