I needed a front axle anyway. The ring and pinion were dust, and the king pins were also gone. I think I paid $350 for the adapters and another $800 for the 19.5 wheels. I initially bought the 19.5 wheels to fit over the brake drums, but I got a disk brake conversion about mid stream.

Dually conversion. Here's my setup. Dual wheel adapters and 19.5 wheels front and rear. I have a dually front axle also. The adapters are hub centric to both the axle and the wheels.

I'm doing a disc brake conversion as well. There are steel dually hub adapters available to accomplish this.

So the stock SWR will accept dually rims without clearance issues?
