    My window only goes down a quarter of the way

    Mine was the same way, one of the clips came off the bottom of the window. When you rolled it down the arm wold swing back and bind it up. I rolled the window up, took out all the screws, then lowered the assembly to take the regulator loose from the good clip. Then you can remove everything...
