    395's mounted, how to fix rubbing?

    197thhhc, Ok so I am thinking the centers were cut out and rewelded in?? Does it alter the split ring mounting at all?? You DON'T even want to see one of those POP off... I have seen the result of someone standing on top of the rim when it let go... End result is 2 broken shoulders, broken...
