    I like all of the comments and I make this design to suit me I am careful not to make a mess when using my set-up . I want to make one out of a 100 pound tank to mount in my truck bed for on the go filtering.

    If i wer going to do that I would go with a third filter add on to a 1 or 2 micron rating and filter 2 times to be safe

    I agree you may want to use something like a 100lb propane tank or a steel holding tank of some kind. I would not use a plastic tank 10PSI may not seem like much but thats per square inch when you put that over a surface as large as a 120gal tank thats allot! :)

    they are old propane tanks :) out dated ones they wont fill. I dont have the part numbers on hand. But you can find everything at tractor supply and lowes. The skys the limit with it you could use a larger tank if you wanted. I am going to up-scale it and mount it on the truck.

    Ok here is the finished product. Ive made some different modifications.. Also the flow has been increased I found out I had a clogged filter!
