    So far the process with GL HAD been flawless....until today. I did not have to fill out a EUC and I got my SF97 very quickly. Now for the fun part. North Carolina requires form MVR-181 Damage Disclosure to be turned in with the title application. The seller MUST fill out and sign the form...
