    I was thinking the gang way set up across the tailgate. You could winch it up and go for a parade. I am always being told I "over engineer things" guess it comes with being an engineer.:oops:

    That is identical to what was fabricated for the rig floor. Good luck on seeking out the real part. I once saw a four door ford that had a leer jet door ladder for the rear door. Also what comes to mind is a gangway type ladder.

    not that this is the one you are looking for, but just an alternative. Anderson Ladder, Inc. | Function + Safety | 520.249.6589 manufactured something similar for a drilling rig floor. Used one of the old shop roll-able stairs and cut it up with a couple of ears to lock in the side rails.
