    Not sure on the batteries, but for the starter, there is some rumor that a starter from a 93 Mazda 626 can be modified to fit these engines. (at least the 4a032, but I think they are all the same). This would give you 12v start. Oh yeah, forgot the 084 charges the batts.... that might not...

    Oil Filter for the spin on, is the same filter used on a Ford 302 engine ;-) I think the PH8A is exactly the right number. You wont be wrong if you get one for the 302.
