Look up Knurled Nut Zert and Nut Zert Crimpers - all different size zerts for different applications and in many assortments. This should help you get your pioneet rack mounted to where you can remove it easily as well.

When I got the 109 - sea foam was in the interior and I could not get rid of it fast enough. It gave me the creeps and made me wanna puke everytime I looked at it.
When I sandblasted the back of the 43 I saw no removing...
The addition seems to be what you wanted on it and that is the way it should be.

If you see a 43 running around it is probably mine that got obsoundered with here about a month ago - it was blind thievery. Can you believe the culprits...

Still keeping an eye on your built - keep the pics rolling in as you get time to work on it as you see fit.
Just as a side note and for what ever info - there is a really good source that served in these 43 and he advised to never fire up the heater unless I had a death wish...
