    That's right. Thief's where usually taught a "rough" lesson ! Of course it is "not" stealing if it's from Uncle Sugar ! I always loved going to the Army's personnel store. They had the best stuff ! Poncho liners ! Brand new !!! Of course the guys back at the barracks might get sticky fingers...
