I like the idea of Stainless rings in the gasket. Not only would they hold the pressure better, but they would not rot-out over time. I've seen head gaskets that failed due to the ring rusting away.
I called the manufacturer and they said they sold the last lot to "TNJ Murray" . I called them up and they want $80.00 each. So that's $160.00 to do your heads.
Well I guess it's time to check out the "IHC" DT466 . At least the "Rockwells" will be with us for years to come. So that just leaves the brake system and trannys.
