We need to leave BVORR about 8:30 to convoy to the museum. We will be there from about 9am-2pm, then we will convoy back out to BVORR. After that, I believe a lot of us are going to do a working weekend where we help each other with stuff on our trucks.

I just got off the phone with the owner of BVORR and we worked out a much better deal to keep this thing going and keep the cost down. There will be a minimum charge of $200 for the weekend ($100/per day), but not to exceed $15/day for each member. We are set for a max of $30 for the weekend...

Was anyone attending this rally stationed in Vietnam? If so, where were you stationed? I'm researching different bases in Vietnam to try and get a feel for what all we need to set up an authentic "campsite" for the museum open house.

I talked to the lady in charge of the open house and they are asking for as wide a variety of Vietnam era vehicles as possible, as well as any other Vietnam era gear, (uniforms, tents, anything to set up a camp). Please share any and all suggestions. Also if anyone knows anyone with WWII era...
