    Line-X or Rhino Bedliner On Underside of A3 Hood?

    I don't think that this would be any better than the Line-X and Rhino Lining, which are a Urethane product. The 3M coating is a Asphalt and Butyl rubber product. All in all, I think that the Line-X and Rhino would be safer than the 3M for an underhood (high heat) application. 2cents

    Would it be worthwhile in getting samples made on pieces of scrap metal and place them under the hood to see?

    I know Rhino Liner is more pliable than Line-X. Might help with it staying 'stuck' with the vibrations. Or should I say hold up better...
